Two dots and double reflection

I have iPhone 12, and whenever I take a photo or video with lights on and if the camera area catches the lights , there’s like two dots and some kind of reflection on the screen. And it appears on both photo and video as well. In the first two photo there’s two green dot . In the third one there’s window reflection on teacher’s face and it seems like there’s two bulb on the ceiling but there’s only one in real.
