On an incoming call the first ring on my IPhone 14 is at the setting I want, loud, then it drops much lower. I don't want this. I want it to ring normally. Have I done something here to change things and don't know it? It always rang quite normally before.

Try going to Settings>Accessibility>Face ID & Attention>Attention Aware Features and turning it off.
