tv.apple.com signin from windows 11 chrome and edge browsers

When i visit https://tv.apple.com/ in windows 11 chrome and edge browsers and attempt to "Sign In" i get the pop up dialog with "email or apple id" input box displayed for 1 second then it disappears leaving just a "continue" button in that pop up dialog. Clicking the "continue" button does nothing.

If i use a chrome InCognito and edge InPrivate browser session the "email or apple id" input box gets displayed and stays put.

Question - how do you get this pop up dialog to retain the "email or apple id" input box so i can successfully sign in to the https://tv.apple.com/ web browser viewing experience on the windows 11 platform?

status update:

using f12 developer tools | application | cookies | <cookie entries> | clear and then retrying resolved this issue in standard issue windows 11 chrome and edge browser sessions.

Thanks for the follow up response. I have adblock plus, forcepoint endpoint for windows and windows accounts [ chrome only ] extensions enabled. That said as detailed in my status update response issue appears to have been with some cookie settings that once cleared restored expected behavior.
