Each time I try to login to my Apple TV on my laptop the window flashes up to enter my email address [username] then vanishes straight away so I cant login. The Continue button is vissible at the bottom but does nothing. How can I login. I am able to login to Apple ie the Apple shop etc

You can try to clear your web browser history and website data. It may also help to test signing in with a different web browser if you have one installed.
Please also make sure to restart your PC and install any system updates before testing again.
