iPhone 13 Pro White Screen Issue - Complaint
I am here to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding a significant issue I have encountered with my iPhone 13 Pro where the device's screen turns completely white without any warning or apparent trigger. I have taken utmost care of my device, and there has been no physical damage or mishandling that could have caused this problem. While I understand that the agreed warranty period has expired, as the service center executive clearly mentioned the problem has occurred due to manufacturing defect or due to the recent update, I requested an extension of the warranty period to cover the repair or replacement which was not accepted. Considering the premium price and reputation of Apple products, I believe it is reasonable to expect a seamless user experience without such significant defects.
As a loyal Apple customer, I sincerely hope that Apple can offer an appropriate resolution to this matter.
