My watch is connected to my old Apple ID account which is disabled how do I get it to my new one with activation lock on

My watch will not connect to my new Apple ID. It is still connected to my old Apple ID, which is disabled due to security reasons. I tried many times to get in and they disabled my account. I have a Watch but I can’t even use. What do I do

First, try and re-enable your old account

If your account has been disabled for security reasons

If you see one of the following messages, your Apple ID automatically locked to protect your security and you can't sign in to any Apple services:

  • “This Apple ID has been disabled for security reasons”
  • "You can't sign in because your account was disabled for security reasons"
  • "This Apple ID has been locked for security reasons"

You need to reset your password to regain access. Learn how to reset your password

If you can't do this and you're the original owner of the watch and are able to provide valid proof of purchase information, , you can start an Activation Lock support request.
