Apple Watch not connecting

Hello, my Apple ID is disabled and my Apple Watch is set to disabled Apple ID. I want to set my new Apple ID on Apple Watch, what should I do?

Instead of creating a new Apple ID you should speak to Apple Support and find out why your Apple ID has been disabled and resolve that issue. All of your Apple devices are tied to your original Apple ID by what is called Activation Lock. Only by using the original Apple ID can the Lock be removed.
