Scrolling WiFi Networks

Hello, I am in a WeWorks and the MacBook Air won’t let me scroll down the WiFi networks. It is central London and there are literally hundreds nearby. The WeWork guest WiFi is near the bottom. And I cannot scroll down the list.

All the online solutions tell you to got it he drop down menu and at the bottom there will be an option they says Preferences and therein lies the solution. But my drop down just has Wi-Fi settings at the bottom that takes me to another list of available WiFi networks I cannot scroll down.

I got here early to do some work and have set t last hour just trying to connect to the WiFi.

It should not be this difficult.

HELP!!

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 13.4

when you’re in system settings looking at the wifi list, click anywhere in the list once and then hit the Tab button three times. It takes you to the end of the list. I randomly stumbled into this by trial and error, and luckily the connection I needed was near the bottom. If the list is long enough and the one you need is in the middle, I have no idea how to get to it.
