can't uninstall/delete app

I downloaded "Freeform" app on my iPhone but when I bought a new Mac it appeared there too. I deleted the app on my phone but unable to delete it from my Mac. I tried to drag it to the trash, I tried to delete it in Finder, and I even tried to delete it via terminal by using this command

sudo uninstall file:///System/Applications/Freeform.app

Password:

sudo: uninstall: command not found

There is no uninstall in the app itself either. Has anyone had such problem. Can someone help me?

Current macOS is Ventura 13.5
