Disabling the Junk Mail Process No matter what I do e-mail ends up in junk mail. Even my own sent e-mail sometimes ends up there. Very irritating that the Mail app does this. Is there any way to totally eliminate ANYTHING from going into junk e-mail? iPhone, Mac, iPad, Mail does it.

Hi denzel218,

You can mark an email as "not junk" so that emails from the sender won't go to the junk box (and send some feedback to Apple).

To do that, you would simply move the email into the inbox.
