Mail going to Junk

All of a sudden all of my emails are going to my Junk Mail folder even mail from my contacts and those from previous senders. How can I get my mail to go back to my non junk folder? Thank you

To clarify, is this happening with a specific email account, such as iCloud mail? If you sign in to your account through the web, are the emails also in the junk folder there? This information will help us isolate where the issue is happening.
