How do I use my already created Hide My Email (hme) address to send new, additional emails to a company?

I have received an email from the company to my hme address. That email is from a Do Not Reply address. I need to send an email to the company’s Support address. When I compose the email and then tap the From field I do not see the hme address I created. I cannot type the hme address I created into the From field. How can I use the hme address as my return address?
