Selecting a Hide My Email address

How do I send a "Hide My Email" to a company that I have used hide my email with?

Only random "new" hide-my-email addresses show up in the "from" list when I compose a new email. I want to email a company/site using the "hidden" email that I have already used with that company/site. I want the email to be from the corresponding email address that is associated with the account I set up.

I have tried to reply from the welcome/verification email, the correct "from" address is there, but I can't change the "to" address from the "do-not-reply" to the support address I want to use/send the email to. (it is greyed out)

Is there anyway to select a specific hide-my-email address in the from drop-down list?

Thanks in Advance!

To rule out anything that I didn't know, I went through all of those steps. The setup and management of the alias's is not the problem.

The problem and/or question is: How do you send an email using an already setup "hide-my-email"? (not a new random one).

Hi StortoMan,

Based on what you described in your original post, we recommend that you try the steps here: Use Hide My Email on Mac

To perform the recommended troubleshooting steps via the link above, complete the steps in the section titled "Manage addresses created with Hide My Email."

You can copy an address, change labels, create new addresses, deactivate or delete addresses, and select the personal email address you want email forwarded to.

1) On your Mac, choose Apple menu  > System Settings, then click [your name] at the top of the sidebar. If you don’t see your name, click Sign in with your Apple ID to enter your Apple ID or to create one.
2) Click iCloud on the right, then click Hide My Email.
If requested, enter your Apple ID password and click Continue.
3) In the dialog that appears, do any of the following:
Dialog in iCloud settings with options for managing email addresses created with Hide My Email.
*Edit a label: Select an address on the left, click Edit on the right, make changes to the label, then click Done.
*Edit a note: Select an address on the left, scroll down to Note on the right, click Edit, make changes to the note, then click Done.
*Deactivate an address: Select an address on the left, scroll down to Deactivate Email Address on the right, click Deactivate Email Address, then click Deactivate.
*Reactivate an inactive address: Next to Inactive Addresses, click Options. Select an inactive address in the list on the left, click Reactivate Address, then click Reactivate.
*Delete an inactive address: Next to Inactive Addresses, click Options. Select an inactive address in the list on the left, click Delete Address, then click Delete.
*Choose a personal email address to forward to: If you have more than one personal email address, click Options beside Forward To, select the address that Hide My Email should forward mail to, then click Done.
4) Click Done.

We recommend the steps above because they will show you how to manage addresses created with Hide My Email.

Please let us know the outcome after giving the above steps a try.
