Contacts not syncing from iPhone to iPad!
Hello,
I have went through numerous tutorials in attempt to have my contacts sync from my iPhone to my IPad but haven’t had any success.

Assuming that both devices are signed-in to iCloud with the same AppleID, have you enabled iCloud Contacts for both your iPad and iPhone?
Settings > [Your Name / AppleID] > iCloud > [Apps Using iCloud] Show All > Contacts - set to ON
