Turning off Autoplay for Apple TV+ ???

How do we turn off Autoplay for Apple TV+? Why is such a basic need hidden in the first place? Where is the return to previous episode button? Why do we have to even figure out how to navigate back through layers for this basic design flaw? What gives that I actually have to ask the community for something that should have simple searchable directions for? Why aren't these buttons included on a simple operating panel at our fingertips in the first place???
