Macbook stuck on Boot selection

This morning my MacBook was stuck on startup manager. If i select Bootcamp (windows) it loads up normally, but if i select Macintosh HD then my MacBook won't start and it just gets into a loop where it keeps asking for my password to unlock the encrypted disk.

Mac stuck restarting then asking for password Mac stuck restarting then asking for password to unlock disk then restarting again. Help? Idk where else to post this. I have an intel based Mac. Recently I deleted the windows partition I had saved on boot camp and restored the memory to my Mac disk. I didn’t restart it, but this morning when I open my Mac it restarts and asked me to enter a password to unlock the disk. When I entered the password it was accepted, but my computer just restarted again and did the same, asking me for a password to unlock the disk. If I hit cancel it just makes me choose the Mac disk (only one I have) and then unencrypt it but the same thing repeats. Restarts, asks for password, accepts password, restarts, repeats. The only different thing that happened is I shut it down and went into recovery mode, but I don’t have a backup. What do I do?

It seems like FileVault is active on your macOS partition. What will happen if you enter your FileVault password?
