Payment details deleted in Apple account for no reason

I got an like this " there is a problem with your payment information."

"Your account will be downgraded to the free 5 GB storage plan if we cannot successfully renew your subscription." My payment details were deleted from my Apple account for no reason now I cannot add a payment method in settings.

can someone help?

Apple ID. Payment Method I have been trying to remove the payment method associated with my Apple ID. I get a error message saying ….unable to remove…. there is an active subscription…. The only subscriptions shown on my account are inactivate ones from a previous anti virus company that I have not used for a year or two. I have deleted my account with the company - but I am still unable to remove the credit card from my Apple ID. How can I query this with Apple? Thank you.

I’m unable to pay for subscriptions My payment method has constantly been declined for sometime now, they keep telling me to update my payment method. When really there is nothing to update it I can’t even pay for my extra iCloud space again. It’s just so frustrating. I’ve logged out of my iCloud and back, I’ve changed my iCloud password, I’ve done some resets but to no avail.
