The text box is too small for the amount of text. You can either extend the text box or create another text box and link them into a thread.

Additional to picas's comments, you can also select the entire content of the text box and reduce the font size to see if that is sufficient to eliminate the overflow condition, and remains legibly practical.

Pages objects do not fit within other objects so you cannot place a graphic within a text box.
