Podcasts - Explicit Content Restrictions

I am trying to listen something on Apple Podcasts and this particular podcast doesn’t play and I get a message to disable explicit content restrictions. I have disabled all restrictions under settings-screen time-content and privacy restrictions. Yet I keep getting the same message. This is very annoying.
