my phone 12 was destroyed when i ran overf it. i'm trying to log in to apple and i need to restore my

phone on another apple phone. i'm stuck at every turn because my macbook passwords werent updated

Lost phone, data, passwords I recently lost my phone, dropped it in the lake. I hot my replacement. When I tried to start up, I couldn’t remember ANY passwords (apple, email, and all personal accounts). Im waiting for the 11day lockdown to be done. When prompted to use other device, I used my work phone. my work phone started to get erased, thinking it was being replaced. So now I have lost ALL of my personal information, including all passwords. My work phone and personal phone now have mirrored info. Not an ideal situation. How do I get my information onto my personal phone and no correct the 2 being tied together?

i lost my iphone so i cant get the passcode, is account recovery the only way to log in using a different phone how can i access my apple id on a new iphone when i don't have my trusted device

Thanks for the offer. Related to my iPhone being run over, I need to backup the non functioning phone to the cloud so that I can restore the temporary phone from the cloud. The LCD screen is mostly blacked out but I can see that it is still running in the background

What im wondering is there a way to start the phone without a screen ?

Or is there a way to backup this by any other methods?

i think I mentioned that I only need to use the old iPhone 6 until version 15 is released in a couple months.

Thank you it worked for me. Got my temporary phone working for email and messages

until iPhone 15 is released. It's tough working with a really old phone..Lots of things you

can't do with old ios

If you want to backup your data from black screen iphone. You have pc???

if you have pc then you download iTunes in your pc and connect the phone with iphone cable.in iTunes you backup your data.

I tried that but I got an error message that said to unlock the phone. Obviously without the LCD screen I can’t enter my unlock code.

What to do next?

yes the LCD is black with some green showing through. I know it's on

but I enter or see anything at all
