Moving photo to Note’s

When moving a picture to Note’s, can I then delete it out of pictures on my iPad, and it will still be in Note’s?

Presumably you refer to the native Notes App…

Photos inserted within Notes have no direct link to your Photo Library. As such, if a photo was added to a Note from the Photo Library, you can delete the source photo from the Library without impacting the image embedded within the Note.

You can simply verify this behaviour with a test image that you save to your Photo Library (downloaded from anywhere). Just insert the Photo in a Note - and then delete the original photo from the Photo Library. Being a simple test, to gain confidence in the process, you’ve nothing to lose but a few moments of your time 🙂
