Hi! On keynote I want to exclude the text from a shape, when I select both (shape and text). Rather than exclude the text, It exclude the text box, so the text box's rectangle. How can I resolve? It's possible? Thanks.

From your question, I don't understand what you are trying to achieve.
If you are trying to use Exclude text from the Format menu, as shown below,
then this is not possible in Keynote, only shapes can use Exclude.
Is it that you want to have transparent text effect into a shape to show the background? if so then just place white text over the shape as shown here:
