AppleTV app keeps quitting

I just subscribed to AppleTV (the app, not the device), but when I start watching a program, the app quits unexpectedly maybe 15 minutes into the program. I can resume watching, but who wants to go through that aggravation every 10-15 minutes? It keeps happening, and I have not had this problem with any other app. I have good wifi, that's not the problem. But I can't figure out how to contact a tech person at Apple about it. Any suggestions?
