I just joined a family who has Apple Music Share with up to 4users how do I join their Apple Music plan

First they would need to add you to their Family Sharing plan, then the organizer of the Family Sharing plan would be able to share the Apple Music subscription with you.

Their organizer needs to “invite” you to each shared service …

… and you then need to accept.
