My family Apple Music is shared with my wife but she can’t access it

i purchased family sharing for Apple Music and my wife’s phone still says she need to purchase her own plan …how do we access it

Be sure to check that both Apple IDs (theirs and yours) are part of the same country's iTunes/App Store storefront.


Also ensure the Apple ID that's signed in for iCloud is the same as the one that's signed in for the iTunes/App Store on each person's device. This can be found in Settings > [name], and check the Apple ID at the top here. Then select Media & Purchases > View Account, and ensure the same one is listed here at the top.
