iCloud Settings - Apple Watch 8 notification

Problem with "icloud settings continue to manage icloud family sharing" notification on apple watch. When I click settings on watch open. Every 5 min I get this notification and I can't turn it off. Tried checking the settings of my family sharing but nothing was there.

Why does Apple Watch Activity Sharing stop after a few minutes? My mum and I both share activity with each other, however it works for a few minutes and then it completely stops. Both phones, both watches, have been synced, restarted, checked regarding correct log ins, contacts have been checked. When I send my mum a 7 day challenge request it comes from an old Apple ID. Family receiving my notifications. How can I make it stop? Both my mother and father are receiving notifications in my name about my activity on my watch/phone. We do not share an Apple ID and I have activity sharing disabled on my phone and watch. How can I make it stop? We all updated to iOS16.1 before this issue started. I would like to be sure they don’t have access to my phone and other notifications.
