MacBookPro M2: annoying cracking sound happens when tasks are running a little harder

I am a game developer, and I'm using Unity I usually work with google meet or turn on youtube videos.

With Youtube music turning on and Unity Editor is open, When I save code in Visual Studio or when I start to play a game or press the end of game in Unity Editor, I could listen crack sound 100%.

Even when I connect to Bluetooth Speaker I can hear that cracking sound...

let me share the video when cracking sound happened

I visited "frisbee" (Apple service center) with this issue, and they didn't figure out what exact reason they did diagnostics and no error was detected, and they did factory reset on my macbook. but this symptom still exists. I backed up and restored my datas when they do factory reset. it was kind of annoying after I figured out this symptom wasn't resolved.

I really want to know the main reason.. should change Motherboard or some part of the hardware?

and sometimes I listened a sound like someone hitting something with hammer quickly when macbook is charging and I do nothing. that charger cable is my USB-C DELL monitor cable that can display screen and charging at the same time.

in that video I posted was not Dell monitor btw, and that problem happen even when I disconnect all external display. that happens when I use macbook only.

and as I told you the service center already reinstalled macOS and I installed minimal applications i need for work and still problem remains...

i just want to know many guys using M2 chip have same problem or this new MacbookPro.

I notice there is a flicker on the Dell display at the same time of the audio noise. Don't know if that is the Dell display, the video app you are using, or if there is also a flicker on the built-in display since it is not shown. Disconnect the Dell display to see if you still have the audio issue. Even disconnect all other external devices in case one of them is causing a problem.

Quit all other apps and see if you still have the same audio noise.

Pay close attention to when this audio noise appears as that will likely help you figure out the source of the noise.

You can also try installing macOS to an external USB3 SSD & booting the external drive. Only install the minimal software necessary to see if the audio issue occurs. You can then install another app & test once more. Rinse & repeat. At least experimenting on the external will still allow you the full use of the laptop for work and be the least disruptive option while you try troubleshoot.
