Personal location based shortcuts in the shortcuts app

I find the shortcuts app frustrating.

I now have my shortcut up and running which checks the house status and gives me an alert if any window is left open. Works perfectly......... Yet when trying to trigger for when I leave the house through a personal automation, instead of triggering it comes up with that annoying 'run shortcut, yes or no' option. Kind of defeats the point of it being automatic when I leave the house if I have to manually trigger it.... Why they limit the auto run on personal automations to only time based ones baffles me

A) why can a time based personal automation work automatically and not a location based one?

B) Why limit the Home automations which does auto run when the last person leave etc... so they cannot use the 'run shortcut' option or send any sort of alert like you can do on personal shortcuts

All I want to do is know if a window is left open when everyone has left the house for security. My hope was that this would alert the phone of the last member of our house to leave before they get too far away.
