airpods turned out fake but have warranty?

So for my birthday my mom got me airpod pro 2nd gen and they seemed legit at first the case and everything seemed fine but it had no noise cancelation? So I double checked and the airpods both had the same serial number meaning I got fakes.. However they are under warranty. Is it possible for me to get it replaced or money back or am I just stuck with fakes

If the AirPods are fakes they are nothing to do with Apple. Your right to return will be only with the seller who sold you an illegal counterfeit product. I suspect the "warranty" will be totally worthless and it will be a miracle if you can even find the seller.

You apparently have counterfeited serial numbers.

No you can’t replace them under warranty.

They’re FAKES.
