need to control airplane mode on each SIM independently

With Dual SIMs (Physical + eSIM) I need to control airplane mode on each SIM independently. I see others asking for the same. Need wifi calling ON with Airplane mode ON (so calls from US clients route to my US voicemail via Wi-fi calling; otherwise with Airplane Mode OFF while roaming internationally, my clients receive a voicemail message in a foreign language. At the same time my overseas eSIM must have Airplane Mode OFF, so I can receive local calls and use local cellular internet and data. In summary, I need to be able to turn on and off Airplane mode for each SIM independently.
