Loads of weird circles INSIDE my screen

Hi, so when I was on Holiday last month these circles (you can see one of the picture) started appearing on my screen but when I wipe them away none of them go and I’ve searched everywhere and can’t find anything about it except for the same thing with screen protectors I DO NOT HAVE A SCREEN PROTECTOR. I looked closely and by the looks of it the circles are on the INSIDE of the screen. If you could possibly tell me what’s wrong with it and how to remove them then it would much appreciated
