I have 3 hard drives (A, B and C) I want to use A, as my "every day" drive. And use B and C as identical images (backup) drive of A. Can I use Time Machine to copy all A data to B and C?

You can alternate discs for backup using Time Machine. It would backup A (and your Mac) to B until you swap out B for C
