The message “(Title of Message)” could not be moved to the mailbox “(null)”. The destination mailbox does not exist.

Hi Community,

I'm having trouble with Mac Mail on my MacBook Pro with Ventura 13.4.1. There are 7 mail accounts configured, 5 of them are M365 accounts on 3 different tenants. After the last update, 3 of the accounts (all in one tenant) show the error message in the title.

But, if I move the messages manually and drag them in the respective archive folder, no error message. On my iPhone or iPad, no error message. The error only occurs when I use the built-in function to archive a message.

Any thoughts on that? TIA!

Best,

Peter

The current stable release of Ventura including bug fixes, security updates is macOS Ventura 13.5 - I would start there
