Airpods Max doesn't respond if the lightning cable is disconnected, doesn't connect to the device, and doesn't reset
My Airpods Max worked fine for a long time, but a couple of days ago it completely discharged, and then I started having problems.
1. It doesn't respond to anything at all if charging through the lightning cable is not active. Pressing any buttons/button combinations, putting them on the head does not result in any beeps or charging indicator operation.
2. If you do connect lightning, the headphones still do not connect to any device, nor do they give any beeps:
- when you press the noise button, the charging indicator lights up green
- when the noise button is pressed for a few seconds, the charging indicator lights up white (it is static)
- pressing and other manipulations of the digital crown doesn't result in anything
- when you press the digital crown and noise reduction button for 15 seconds, the charging indicator flashes orange several times, but still does not light up white
Yesterday I managed to reset the headphones (it was an accident a few hours later, during one of my regular attempts to press the digital crown and noise button the charging indicator first flashed orange and then white), I reconnected them to my iPhone and used them all evening in peace, but today the problem is back and I can't reset them anymore.
