airpods max won't activate sound or hard reset.
Frustrating issues with my airpods max, and I'm pretty sure it's due to moisture getting into the casing from general use. They've given me problems for a long time now, but finally just decided to stop activating entirely. No sound comes through, no transparency mode, silent mode, etc... it's like I just put on ear mufflers.
A hard reset used to (most of the time) do the trick, but now even that is acting up. The orange light blinks a few times, but no white "searching to connect" light comes on after that. It's a crapshoot. They're fully charged, and sometimes the green light even comes on, but that's not even a guarantee anymore.
I have babied these things ever since I bought them, and have only used them as intended. Now I'm looking at spending an astronomical amount to have them fixed. What else can I do?
