Subtitles and Closed Captioning Missing in Apple TV+ Pop Out on Web Browser
Hey everyone,
I wanted to bring up an issue I've noticed with Apple TV+ when using the pop-out feature on a web browser. Specifically, I've found that subtitles, closed captioning, and other related settings are missing in the pop-out window, while they are available in the non-pop-out area of the web browser tab.
Has anyone else encountered this problem? It seems strange that such an important accessibility feature like subtitles and closed captioning is not supported in the pop-out mode. I rely on subtitles to understand the content better, and it's disappointing to see them missing in this particular viewing option.
I've tried different browsers and devices, but the issue persists. It doesn't appear to be a problem with my setup, so I assume it's a limitation within Apple TV+ itself.
I believe subtitles and closed captioning are essential for an inclusive viewing experience, especially for individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing, as well as non-native English speakers. It's crucial for Apple to address this limitation and provide the necessary accessibility options in the pop-out mode of Apple TV+ on web browsers.
If anyone has found a workaround or has any insights into this matter, I'd greatly appreciate your input.
Thank you for your time and participation!
