Audio playback glitching

Hi! I have an iPhone SE (2nd gen) and this morning it started glitching with audio playback. I have discovered 2 circumstances so far:

voice memos: it pauses for maybe a second every 2-5 seconds
video playback (Headspace app and a yoga app I have): video will continue to play but the audio cuts out as above

I have plenty of storage (over 40 GB remaining), and have tried restarting my phone, uninstalling/reinstalling the apps, trying it on cellular and Wi-Fi separately and turning on and off low data mode. So far nothing helps.

Interestingly, I exported the above mentioned voice memos and saved them to my iCloud. They play perfectly from there (on my phone).

Any suggestions are much appreciated!

My iPhone started doing this about a week ago (I have the SE3 and it’s nearly brand new) and it’s doing it on my newest recordings on both GarageBand AND the voice memo recorder

I am extremely disappointed with this due to the fact this is my very first iPhone and the only reason I paid almost $500 for it instead of getting another $250 Android, was because I thought I would never experience these issues on an apple product while using their proprietary apps… now only 1-2 months into having my first iPhone the very reason I purchased it is already an issue… someone please help me fix this

its a serious serious issue for me

UPDATE: you can ignore this post! I was using wired headphones, and it turns out when I unplugged and re-plugged them in, the audio glitch was fixed. Who knew!
