I cannot use my ape cash to pay some of my card balance. The option is not there.

Same issue here, Apple Cash toggle simply does not exist in my settings. I dont know what to do, I have looked online, fully updated to IOS 17.2.1 and still nothing....it is simply not in my handset at all.
