How to get rid of the navigation pane that pops up

I am so annoyed that a navigation pane pops up all the time saying choices like "back, reload page, save page" etc, sometimes a longer menu. It blocks what I'm doing and I never want to see it again. Help.

You are right-clicking (secondary clicking) on the page.

Right-click on Mac - Apple Support

Thank you. I wish I could disable the right clicks then. I'll see if I can turn off right clicks or get a mouse.
