Watch se two months old only last 10 days battery draining too fast when it’s reach 40% with in a two hours it goes 5%

I’m having the same problem. Recent development. I never had this problem before. I just unpaired and paired my watch again because after I reset my phone and restored using a previous backup, it wasn’t working
My watch isn’t under warranty it’s 2 years old.
background app refresh is off.
