Magic Keyboard "j, k, l" buttons stopped responding

Updated to Monterey 12.6.7 last night, and now suddenly my magic keyboard "j, k, l" buttons do not work 90% of the time. I had absolutely no keyboard issues until right now. Perhaps it's just funny timing? I've tried popping the keys off and cleaning underneath but it hasn't helped. I also tried pairing the keyboard to my MacBook Pro just now and it's doing the same thing.

It's odd because sometimes those keys will work and I can do 100+ test presses and they type every time... then it stops again. It seems particularly triggered when I try to capitalize one of the letters, oddly. If I hold shift and then press one, even if they are currently working - they STOP working.
