Music metadata not appearing

I’ve been using Apple Music for awhile now. I’ve noticed that unless I add songs to my library on there, no metadata from Music or any other audio app (podcasts, etc.) will appear on my car stereo screen. This wouldn’t be such a big deal if Apple Music wouldn’t autoplay the same songs every single time I start my car. It’s annoying enough that I’ve been debating going to android. It’s really that bad. My question is this…what can I do to correct this problem? I see no album art, music titles or anything unless I deal with the annoying auto play music stuff. Surely it’s not one or the other is it???

I have two cars one with Sony DSX A410BT and the second one with Sony MEX BT3153U

My iPhone 12 Pro iOS 16.5.1 when connects to this audio system

As soon as the ignition is put ON in the car with the audio system, Sony DSX A410BT connects automatically to Bluetooth and then automatically opens iTunes and automatically starts to play from where it last left off.

All Automatic: Bluetooth connection, Opening iTunes, Song selection, Play

But, But - Same iPhone 12 Pro iOS 16.5.1

As soon as the ignition is put ON in the car with the audio system, Sony MEX BT3153U does nothing automatically

Manual Connection: Connect Manually to Bluetooth, Manually Open iTunes, Manually Select Songs, Manually Play
