I have observed that Magsafe3 is not working when I charge and is flashing orange light
I have thoroughly evaluated my power adapter and can confirm that it is in good working condition. I also tried updating to MacOS 13.4.1 and restarting but it didn't work.
I have also noted that the cable in question is new
MacBook Pro 14″, macOS 13.3
That model is recent enough that even if you bought the first one off the line, your computer should still be under warranty. I would suggest contacting Apple.

I'm having same issue on my MacBook Pro M2 14", the MagSafe suddenly stop working and I can't find my region to contact apple support.
