Apple Maps Guide Guides not showing addresses

I've been trying to add a few dozen addresses nearby to the home I've moved to as I make contact with neighbours. I've added about 22, however I can now only rarely add new addresses. After either a cut n' paste of an address from a Contact form OR searching for an address in Maps, it frequently shows "In Your Guides" when I've never added it before! Alternatively, SOME addresses that I know I HAVE added, do NOT show up as named Red Pins on the Map, OR in the specific Guide listing below. It's maddening. I've deleted and re-created the Guide a few times, and always seem to end up with similar results.

(it's the same on iPhone 12 Pro & iPad Air 2 which are synced through iCloud).

Has this happened to anyone else? Does anyone know what I can do to fix it? Apple, can you help?

Hi. Had you solved the problem? I hav the same problem. It say is in my guide, but it don’t show in my guide. I try to change name on some address in my guide, “like to number them” and it doesn’t let me on some address .. it keep appearing the same old name.

let say I have a address #2 1212 Camila st.

I want to change it to #3 Camila st. It doesn’t change, it keel showing #2 Camila st.

Same here. I'm trying to organize an apartment hunt in NYC, and adjacent addresses (different physical buildings and building numbers) are showing up as already in my guide, even though I haven't added them. I can't re-label either.

sadly, the problem persists!
