iPhone is connected to Wifi and Data (5G) but service still won't work

I can't get my iPhone to get service. It just started today. It's connected to wifi and the wifi works on my other devices, but I'm still unable to use internet. When turning off wifi I have full bars for 5G and it still won't work. I reset the device and reset my network settings. No luck. What's going on? Why won't my iPhone use service?

iPhone 14 Pro, iOS 16

  •  You need to sign in to your router.
  • The Wi-Fi network name, or SSID (service set identifier), is the name your network that has a password.

or If you have iOS 16 / iPadOS 16:

Go to -> Settings -> tap Wi-Fi -> tap on the hideen Password -> enter Passcode -> you will then see the Wi-Fi Password.

If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.
