I keep my notification volume set to the middle. Every few days, I find my iPhone notification sounds either raised or lowered for absolutely no reason.

This has been going on for months now. Anybody else run into this?

If you have a case you may want to try removing that to see if the issue persists. Sometimes the case can press the volume buttons inadvertently.
