Walking pace trend

I had to recently reset my SE watch by holding the crown and side button together - because my cousin decided to change the time on my phone to get more lives for a game they were playing, and I noticed that my activity rings hadn’t moved in a while despite doing a mile and half walk to pick up some goods in town.

Why has my walking pace trend now telling me I need to log one walk workout a week for 6 months before it gives a trend when all my previous workouts are there but greyed out?

See pic attached - can I get it to trend now or do I have to wait??

thanks in advance

PS cousin is no longer allowed to play games on my phone already

What you did to the Watch resets nothing, it's just a forced restart.

iPhone Settings, [your name], iCloud, (show all) Health - it must be turned on.

Then unpair the watch and set up again.
