2019 MacBook Pro 16" Frequent Kernel Panic

Hi there!

For the last few months, I've been experiencing a lot of Kernel Panic restarts. 2 weeks ago, I was fed up with it, and I decided to reinstall MacOS Ventura, I did the process as usual, but I got stuck on Catalina. I tried a lot of things, and it kept failing over and over. I took it to the Apple Store and they were able to get it updated to Ventura.

But, I'm still getting a lot of kernel panics, I really don't know what to do. I need this MacBook for graphic design.

I downloaded EtreCheckPro and added the log here.

I don't know what I can do to fix this.
