Kernel PANIC constantly occurring on MacBook 2019

My MacBook has constantly kept having kernel panics over the past two months. The panic only happens when the device is powering on and it can make the device get caught in a boot loop.

I've tried uninstalling everything and wiping the OS using the erase Mac feature but it works for a few days then the issue comes back. Apple even has no idea how to fix this and it's so annoying.

The only solution online which has come close to mine is this : Experiencing frequent kernel panics - Apple Community

So I have installed etrecheck and have pasted the full report below.

Please help me good people of the internet and stack overflow gods.
