I have an eero wifi. As of late, my home pods that were once connected to the internet, are no longer connected. I have tried everything from plugging the HomePod into my computer and doing a hard reset to reseting my network to no avail.

why are my HomePods randomly connecting and disconnecting from the internet?

"If HomePod can't connect to Wi-Fi

If the signal strength indicator shows an exclamation point , HomePod can't connect to the Wi-Fi network. Try these steps. After each step, check if your issue is resolved.

  1. Confirm your network setup.
  2. Unplug HomePod and plug it back in, then wait 20 to 30 seconds.
  3. Reset HomePod to factory settings, then set up HomePod again. 

If you're still experiencing issues, contact Apple Support."


Those would be the best steps to take to attempt to resolve the issue. If that's not working as expected, we'd recommend contacting Apple Support for further assistance here: Get Support
